Crisis Walk-In Clinics (CWIC) - San Bernardino County
The Crisis Walk-In Clinics (CWIC) provide urgent mental health services to residents of San Bernardino County. CWIC provides crisis intervention, crisis risk assessments, medications, referrals to county, contract and community resources, education and when necessary evaluations for hospitalization. Crisis Walk-In Clinics (CWIC) - Riverside County
Riverside University Health System Behavioral Health (RUHSBH) has a 24/7 mental health urgent care available. The urgent care provides 24 hour/7 days/365 urgent care mental health screening and assessment services and medications to address the needs of those in crisis in a safe, efficient, trauma-informed, and least-restrictive setting.   Emergency Psychiatric Hospitals Affiliated with RUHSBH Riverside University Health System Medical Center Emergency Treatment Services (ETS) Provides psychiatric emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all ages, which includes evaluation, crisis intervention, and referrals for psychiatric hospitalization, as needed for adults, children, and adolescents. Consumers may be referred to the Inpatient Treatment Facility (ITF) or other private hospitals. Telecare Riverside Crisis Stabilization Services Provides psychiatric emergency assessment and crisis stabilization for up to 24 hours for all ages. Services include evaluations, crisis intervention and referral for psychiatric hospitalization. Telecare Riverside Crisis Stabilization Services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please click here to be directed to RUHSBH’S crisis resources page for more information.   Adult Services Adult Mental Health Clinics provide services to adult individuals suffering from severe and persistent mental health problems. These services include crisis intervention, psychiatric assessments, recovery management, medication services, case management, and dual-diagnosis treatment. An Urgent Care Program provides crisis resolution and problem solving. Peer-to-peer recovery services are provided through the clinics and through a contracted Peer Support and Resource Centers. Outreach to homeless mentally ill individuals, housing assistance and intensive 24 hours a day, seven days a week case management are also available through the Full-Service Partnership (FSPs) Programs. Children Services Children’s Mental Health Clinics provide services to children with severe emotional and behavioral problems. Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication services, individual and family therapy, and case management services. Staff works closely with schools to provide services to students who experience academic problems as a result of their severe emotional problems. Parent partners offer support and advocacy services to parents whose children are receiving services at the clinic. Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT) - San Bernardino County

The Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT) is a community-based mobile crisis response program for those experiencing a psychiatric emergency. CCRT utilizes specially trained mobile crisis response teams to provide crisis interventions, assessments, case management, relapse prevention, and medication referrals. CCRT is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

Homeless Outreach Support Team (HOST)

The Homeless Outreach Support Team (HOST) is an outreach based program providing services in the field to engage chronically homeless individuals with mental illness into permanent supportive housing.

Recovery Based Engagement Support Team (RBEST)

The Recovery Based Engagement Support Team (RBEST) project provides community (field-based) services throughout San Bernardino County for those mentally ill individuals who are noncompliant and/or resistant to necessary psychiatric care in an effort to “activate” the individual into the mental health system to receive appropriate services.
