PRIMARY CARE CHALLENGES: CHRONIC PAIN, OPIOID DEPENDENCE AND ADDICTION Addiction and pain specialists often make crisp distinctions between patients with opioid use disorder and those using opioids for pain -- and primary care providers are often caught in the middle. This learning session offers state of the science presentations, case discussion, and opportunities to learn from peers.
