• Senior services: Medicare, Social Security Benefits and other services
• Medical transportation and other family assistance resources
• Health education, outreach access to care and service referral
• Wellness information and presentations:
  • Prenatal care, behavioral health, diabetes and nutrition education, heart health and stroke prevention, CPR/first aid and emergency preparedness, and others
• Family fun and entertainment, FREE raffle prizes, giveaways, face painting, balloon animals and much more!
