Requirements for Success in Your Role:

This is an onsite position working in our facility located in San Bernardino, CA. The System Administrator I, under supervision/guidance, will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting our company’s computer network systems, including Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and mobile network segments. Daily tasks may include installing, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware. The System Administrator I will maintain the essentials such as operating systems, business applications, security tools, web-servers, email, laptop, and desktop PCs. *No Remote work*


Education: High School or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Systems or equivalent. Suitable and appropriate experience and Certifications may be substituted for educational qualification

Licensure/Certification: Valid CA Driver’s License


Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a systems administrator role. Desirable: Appropriate certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Redhat, Linux, Juniper, CompTIA etc. with emphasis on Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure) Must have functional knowledge of basic file formats and databases. Must have advanced skills in using MS Office suite, with emphasis on Visio


  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and technical skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terms, data and technology.
  • Solid knowledge of clinical or business/revenue cycle workflow in healthcare
  • Familiarity with EPIC or other EHR/EMR products.
