Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for candidates. This position requires a very strong attention to detail and an organized person who can coordinate multiple items in unison.

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for communications with new hires and setting up for orientation, including orientation invitation to cleared new hires, calendar events for orientation to all speakers, compiling and keeping up to date the new hire handout packet, creating initial login sheet for each new hire, creating sign in sheet for record keeping and setting up virtual meeting etc.
  • Own the role as Producer for new hire orientation
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews between the candidates and hiring manager if needed
  • Assist in creating an interview questionnaire library with approved questions for each position
  • Collaborate with credentialing to ensure providers are properly credentialed and immunizations forms are complete
  • Act as liaison between Credentialing and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Assist in the collection of all completed interview materials and upload them into the candidate’s application in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist with maintaining up to date pre-hire and onboarding checklists
  • Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally, providing a positive candidate experience
  • Act as back up for Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Coordinate with the Learning and Development Specialist to schedule each new hire for New Hire Orientation.
  • Review and work with applicants to complete all Paycom self-onboarding requirements to ensure they can be scheduled for new hire orientation.
  • Complete the I-9 and E-Verify process for each new hire within the first three days of hire
  • Complete check requests for the department as needed
  • Complete contracts for vendors for the department as needed
  • Complete LC Notice for all employees.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives
  • Assist with coordinating travel and lodging for provider recruitment as needed
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist when needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
  • Print ID badges for staff as needed
  • Coordinate ordering for office supplies, badge supplies, etc.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with compiling and analyzing data related to candidate pipelines, sourcing channels, and recruitment metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources administration is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.

 

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements 

  • This position is on-site at DAP Health Admin with the option to work Hybrid
  • This job operates in an office setting and requires frequent times of sitting, standing, repetitive motion and talking
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move from place to place
  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures related to safe work practices
