Recovery Happens is an annual event hosted by the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health to celebrate the resilience of those in substance use treatment and recovery. This free, family-friendly event brings together treatment centers, recovery advocates, and community members for a day of fun, food, and celebration, featuring our annual banner contest and awards ceremony!
