– how a Special Needs Trust can protect your child’s ability to receive Medi-Cal and SSI; how to avoid some of the biggest mistakes people make regarding estate planning for children with Autism; why it is paramount to have a Guardianship Agreement in place if you have a minor child; and when parents need to avoid or need probate if they have a child with Autism.
– the ABLE Act signed into Federal law in December 2014 and CA recent update; ABLE Act accounts compared to a Special Needs Trust
