The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health Cultural Competency Advisory Committee Latino Awareness Subcommittee is collaborating with the Fontana Lewis Library and Technology Center to celebrate Hispanic heritage and culture to recognize the contributions of Hispanic Americans.

There will be cultural performances, vendors, drawings, crafts, face painting and more!
