Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Directly responsible for delivering ongoing excellent customer service to the population we serve.
2. Responsible for participating in quality improvement projects/activities and accountable for quality and PCMH.
3. Consults with Site Manager concerning matters that require immediate attention beyond his/her span of control or scope of authority.
4. Will report any clinical related issues to the RN.
5. Assists with the responsibility of the timely submission of all reports according to operational deadlines.
6. Regularly walks through the clinic to ensure quality of care is provided to patients and provide just-in-time training/coaching with staff.
7. Responsible for motivating and directing staff to meet the productivity standards for that site.
8. Assists in the oversight of recording and reporting for any grant that operates within the facility.
9. Assists in the oversight of the training of all staff members to ensure new and ongoing training; works in conjunction with various CHSI departments and staff members to fulfill this responsibility.
10. Works in conjunction with the Site Manager and the Human Resources Department (if necessary) to manage personnel issues. Report personnel issues, complete new hires, certifications, counseling or administrative actions, evaluations, workers compensation claims, leave of absence notices and resignations.
11. Oversees time sheets and payroll functions of that site to be completed and submitted accurately and in a timely fashion.
12. Works with the Community Relations team in any community outreach marketing effort for promotion of the Site.
13. Works with the Site Manager to adequately staff clinic on a daily basis.
14. Ensures all forms, documents and paperwork are complete, accurate, and submitted to the appropriate department in a timely manner as policy and procedure dictates.
15. Ensures the site bank deposit is balanced and completed in a timely manner, as per CHSI policy.

16. Assists the Site Manager in the processing of supply orders through the Procurement Department; properly
recording, documenting and submitting purchase orders and invoices.
17. Ensures safety guidelines and compliance with OSHA standards are being met.
18. Participates in training to better patient care such as learning evidence-based approaches to self-management
support, proactively addressing the needs of patients and families in this community, cultural competency, and
effective communication.
19. Perform all other duties as directed either formally or informally, verbally or in writing.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees all daily operations and tasks of entire clinic staff.

? Proficient level of knowledge and the ability to use modern office equipment and systems to include Word and
Excel spreadsheets is required.
? Ability to perform tasks related to physical activity to complete the responsibilities of the position.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
BA degree and/or minimum five (5) years management experience in a health clinic or related field or at least
six (6) years applicable work experience.

Summary

JOB SUMMARY:
The Site Supervisor will assist the Site Manager in overseeing and directing all daily operations of the clinic, working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; coordinate the daily staff functions and schedules; responsible for the effective implementation of Community Health Systems, Inc. (CHSI) policies and procedures. The Site Supervisor assists in overseeing the record keeping concerning any grant that operates at their location; responsible for meeting site productivity standards.
