JOB SUMMARY:
The Women’s Health Supervisor oversees the administration and operation of all women’s health programs in compliance with regulatory requirements. Participates in the development and ongoing implementation of Women’s health program activities. Assume lead functions for and coordinate specific programs (s) as required by funding sources
Women’s Health Supervisor will work closely with the Site Manager, CPHW, Medical Providers, and assigned staff to develop and implement the goals and objectives of the various programs and services represented; Responsible for following all (CHSI) policy and procedures, objectives, and philosophy.
DESCRIPTION OF KEY FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Upholds and supports the mission, philosophy, objectives, policies and ethics of CHSI.
2. Will smile, speak in a courteous and friendly manner with clients and staff members.
3. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
4. Facilitates staff meetings, maintains the program’s census, and oversees the program’s budget
5. Ensures that all services available are utilized to the maximum benefit of patients and within the standards of the Family P.A.C.T., and CPSP guidelines.
6. Assist Site Manager with assessing skills, competencies, strengths and areas of improvement for CPHW service delivery.
7. Proactively identify solutions to improve patient satisfaction, workflow and ways to achieve CPSP productivity goals.
8. Actively participates in monthly meetings; attends in-service trainings; attends off-site trainings; stays up-to-date in health information and health trends as related to CPSP or other Women’s Health Program services.

10. Promote the prenatal program to clinic staff and patients in a positive, patient-centered and caring way.
11. Rotate through all prenatal and women’s health programs service locations.

operations, performance, or value if shared beyond its intended audience.
13. Serve as a departmental liaison for Senior Operations personnel.
14. Perform all other duties as directed either formally or informally, verbally or in writing.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office which includes Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Microsoft Office

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
• Requires a business/office management background generally equivalent to an AA degree in business or secretarial related field.
• Minimum one year experience in perinatal care with basic knowledge of how perinatal care is provided.
• Minimum one year experience in facilitating training and providing one-on-one coaching and teaching.
• 1-3 years of women’s health experience of increasing variety and/or complexity OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
