In 2019, the Board of Directors met on a bi-monthly basis. The in-person meetings provided a space for the Board to
network and share information. The Board rated their overall satisfaction with the Board of Director meetings as satisfied,
4.3 out of 5. Sharing of information was rated as almost very satisfied, 4.6 out of 5. Effective use of time was rated as
satisfied with a 4.4 out of 5. Networking opportunities was rated at 4.3 out of 5. The figure below shows the satisfaction
for the Board of Director’s meetings.

The figure below trends the Board of Director’s rating of the Board of Director’s meetings which included: overall
satisfaction, networking opportunities, effective use of time, and sharing of information over the past three years.
Overall the Board of Directors have been more than satisfied throughout the three years.

In 2019 the Association worked to build capacity and implemented several workforce training programs and develop-
ment services for the membership. The Board of Directors rated their overall satisfaction with workforce development
– offering training and passing on training opportunities in the following way: Dissemination of education/training/
webinar opportunities as more than satisfied with a 4.7 out of 5 with a steady increase over the previous 2 years. Job
board/resume bank was rated a 4.0 out of 5. The Board of Directors overall level of satisfaction with workforce devel-
opment was rated 4.3 out of 5 and the overall satisfaction with the support given by the Association to address work-
force recruitment was rated 4.1 out of 5. The figure below trends the Board of Director’s satisfaction with workforce
related items for the past three years.
