Trainings for the Board of Directors

In an effort to expand technical assistance and determine future training, the
questionnaire polled the Board of Directors on trainings they would like offered by the
Association for their own capacity building. Virtual QI was a newly added choice for the
year 2020. FQHC compliance, Leadership/Management strategies and
Advocacy/Advocate were the top three selections in 2020. FQHC Compliance and
Leadership/Management Strategies were also both the top choices selected for two
consecutive years. The complete list of identified trainings is illustrated on table 4.
Respondents were able to make multiple selections for this question.
