Trainings for the Board of Director’s Staff

The questionnaire polled the Board of Directors on future trainings they would like offered
by the Association for their staff. Diabetic Treatment, Chronic Disease Management, and
Customer Service were the top three selections. Customer Service remained in the top
three selections for the years 2019 and 2020. Diabetic Treatment Update and Chronic
Disease Management were both more favorable choices in 2020 compared to the
previous year. The complete list of identified trainings is illustrated in Table 5 on the
following page. Respondents were able to make multiple selections for this question
