Conclusion
The Board of Directors represent a wide range of health centers and clinics that serve the
Inland Southern Region of California. All organizations in the Association’s membership
are non-profits serving underserved and vulnerable communities. The Association exists
to support its’ membership and community partners to ensure accessible, high quality,
and cost-effective health services.
The Association scored high for a fourth year in a row in the majority of the areas
surveyed. The Board of Director’s overall satisfaction was 4.6 in 2020, compared to 4.3
in 2019. The top three reasons the Board of Director’s organizations are members of the
Association were: a) Collaboration, b) Resources, and c) Advocacy/Policy. Collaboration
remained number one.
This report contains a comparison of the 2020 data against three previous years, 2019,
2018, and 2017. Trending the data over the past years allowed for a deeper
understanding on the level of satisfaction and the changes in Board of Director priorities
from year to year. The data gathered will be used to inform and guide future services and
trainings offered.
The Association thanks the Board of Directors for their time in completing the survey,
their insights, and beliefs on the work performed at the Association. 2020 was a year
filled with many challenges, but we thank each one of our members for coming together
and persevering through all the barriers presented. Together we are stronger, together
we can make a difference.
