Board of Director’s Satisfaction with the Association’s Team
Figure 7 below shows the 2020 Association’s Board of Director’s overall satisfaction with
the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Director of Policy and Project’s
effectiveness and responsiveness to their needs, and CHAISR staff responsiveness &
follow through. The Board of Directors rated the CEO’s effectiveness and responsiveness
as satisfied, 4.7 out of 5. The Director of Policy and Projects was rated as satisfied, 4.7
out of 5 in effectiveness as well as with responsiveness. CHAISR staff responsiveness &
follow through was rated as almost very satisfied, 4.8 out of 5.
